Usage:
STEPPER.COM [+]
+ Causes Automatic Installation and Start up
Obmitting the '+' causes Stepper to UnInstall, if installed, and
to Install if not present.
When Stepper.Com is installed use the following keys to use:
<CTRL><ALT><F9> to activate the Stepping Motion
<CTRL><ALT><F10> to deactivate Stepper
When Stepper's Window appears on your screen, the following keys are available:
[SPACE] Step through commands
[ESC] Abort the Batch file
[BSP] Remove currently listed command from stack
[#] Restore's Screen
[*] Turn Stepper Off for the moment...
